High-frequency (HF) sensors from STEINEL are ideal for areas such as WC facilities, offices and corridors, as they can detect movement even through glass or thin walls. In contrast to passive infrared (PIR) technology, which relies on heat radiation from people, HF sensors work with electromagnetic waves.
