The Rain am Lech residential park is setting new standards in terms of lighting and sustainability. STEINEL's intelligent Connected Lighting solution, in particular the A-Series, was chosen to optimally illuminate the outdoor area of the complex. With around 120 installed luminaires, supplemented by downlights and the R-Series, a comprehensive and energy-efficient lighting concept was implemented. Connected Lighting enables seamless networking of all luminaires via Bluetooth Mesh, allowing flexible and customised control of the lighting. The technology ensures optimum lighting conditions, reduces energy consumption and minimises light pollution. At the same time, residents benefit from a high level of comfort: the lighting automatically adapts to the conditions and ensures safety and orientation at all times - regardless of the time of day or weather conditions. Conventional solutions, for example with motion detectors, would have meant higher costs and less efficiency due to the complex geometry of the building. With STEINEL Connected Lighting, it was possible to realise a system that is both economical and convenient.

The use of Bluetooth mesh technology in the residential park in Rain am Lech enables all lights to be networked efficiently and stably. The various Connected Lighting products from STEINEL, such as the A series, downlights and the R series, can be seamlessly connected to each other. The mesh structure ensures that communication between the lights works reliably and across the entire residential complex, without any additional cabling. Thanks to the Bluetooth SIG standards, the solution is not only future-proof, but also ensures flexible adaptation to the individual requirements of the residents.
