Possible solutions are:
Update Firmware CAM:
Make sure your camera has the latest firmware to fix potential problems and improve performance.
Set Sensor Range to Near:
If the sensor range is too wide, this can cause the camera to trigger unnecessarily. Setting it to a close range can fix the problem.
Set sensor range to Medium:
If the close range is not sufficient, setting it to a medium range may activate the camera when motion is detected nearby.
Set Range Sensor to Wide:
If you need to monitor a larger area, setting it to a wide range may be necessary. However, this also increases the risk of the camera being triggered unnecessarily.
Set Capture Mode to Camera or Infrared Sensor:
This allows the camera to distinguish between movements triggered by infrared detection or the camera. This improves the accuracy of the recordings.
Set recording memory setting to "record on motion":
Ensure that the camera is set to record when motion is detected. This ensures that no important events are missed.
