Our backoffice juggles a multitude of tasks and ensures that our company runs smoothly; it is the organisational heart of the company. From booking business trips and organising the switchboard to managing the welcome screen and maintaining the contract database. All tasks are carried out carefully and with precision. This also includes expense reports, preparing birthday cards for employees and coordinating hotel bookings.

Our team is the control centre for the smooth running of sales processes. We process customer enquiries and ensure that orders are processed reliably. Focussing on customer needs, we ensure smooth order processing and make sure that our products and services reach the customer as requested and on time. Customer data is always kept up to date and coordinated between the various departments. The further processing of delivery documents and the preparation of customs documents are just as much a part of our daily routine as the notification of the forwarding agents.

In our IT department, we ensure that all digital processes run smoothly. We are responsible for the maintenance and further development of the IT infrastructure, take care of the security of our networks and ensure that all systems are always up to date. We are also part of an international team across the entire STEINEL Group in which we support and help each other. Our logistics department is crucial for the smooth flow of goods in our company. Here we take care of the receipt, storage and on-time dispatch of our products. From incoming goods to stock checks and storage of raw materials to the professional packaging of the end products, we ensure that everything arrives safely and on time. We work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless supply of materials. With a high degree of organisation and efficiency, we help to ensure that our supply chains work and that our customers receive reliable deliveries.

Versatile & creative!

Our marketing department is responsible for this very text, among other things. In addition to the maintenance of all social media channels (we can be found on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook), the marketing department is also responsible for most internal communication via the app. The constant optimisation of the website is just as much a part of the marketing tasks as the publication of specialist articles and the organisation of external and internal events. As you can see, we deal with many topics and are bursting with ideas.

Our experienced SMD (surface mount technology) department is the centrepiece of our electronics production and not only ensures the high-precision assembly of electronic components. The autonomous SMD process team develops and integrates all production data and uses it to create customised, highly automated inline processes. We constantly monitor and analyse the production systems and improve the products for our customers. Core tasks such as order and personnel planning are optimised on a daily basis. The result is short throughput times with top quality. Characterised by our long professional and industry experience, we have an enormous network with technical know-how and therefore short response times with real targets. For years, we have been fulfilling all customer audits with diligence and professional passion and are constantly learning. This results in state-of-the-art surface mounting technologies for every project in the future!
