Our backoffice juggles a multitude of tasks and ensures that our company runs smoothly; it is the organisational heart of the company. From booking business trips and organising the switchboard to managing the welcome screen and maintaining the contract database. All tasks are carried out carefully and with precision. This also includes expense reports, preparing birthday cards for employees and coordinating hotel bookings.

Our experienced SMD (surface mount technology) department is the centrepiece of our electronics production and not only ensures the high-precision assembly of electronic components. The autonomous SMD process team develops and integrates all production data and uses it to create customised, highly automated inline processes. We constantly monitor and analyse the production systems and improve the products for our customers. Core tasks such as order and personnel planning are optimised on a daily basis. The result is short throughput times with top quality. Characterised by our long professional and industry experience, we have an enormous network with technical know-how and therefore short response times with real targets.
