Using the Steinel Connect app, illumination ON time can be set 1.) On the basis of twilight level (ambient light level) or 2.) By timer:
- Twilight setting: the twilight threshold can be set by app to any chosen level from approx. 1-1000 lux. This is either done by slider, direct numerical input or teach function (with this option, current light level or light level measured at any chosen time will be programmed in as the new twilight threshold)
- Setting by timer: this option permits selection of the earliest and latest ON or OFF time (e.g. 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.)
Our night-economy mode is particularly energy-saving: this mode can be used for selecting any period of time (e.g. 2 a.m. - 4 a.m.) during the night in which lighting stays switched off to save further electricity.
