Irene Schuler - Head of Human Resources

My name is Irene and I was born in 1989. In 2010, I completed further training to become a certified HR administrator and in 2015, I obtained my federal certificate as an HR specialist. Since my basic commercial training, I have mainly worked in the HR area. 

Since 2022, I have been responsible for Human Resources at STEINEL Solutions AG. What I value most are the courteous and exciting exchanges as well as the family-like atmosphere throughout the company.

I enjoy spending my free time with my family and friends. Working out in the Level 10 studio, at the gymnastics club and in nature is where I find the balance to my hectic day-to-day work.


Edith Schuler - Human Resources Assistant

My name is Edith, I was born in 1973 at the very back of the Schächen valley in Uri and I've been working at STEINEL Solutions AG since summer 2022. I like people and it's important to me to change perspectives - my own and those of my fellow human beings. That's the reason why I've been working in HR for over 10 years and still love it. Since 2016, I have also been a certified expert in employment law. That's where I see myself as a service provider who creates the link between employee and employer - between the rights and obligations of each. In this way, we promote and challenge the ideal conditions for successful cooperation.

For me, family is where life begins and love never ends. As a characteristic club person I do not shy away from «big offices» in boards and at the carnival I am a real witch - with the Rossbärghäxä Goldau.
