I'm Melanie, ready to go full throttle and take off together. Because we as employees are the heart of the company! I am convinced that work and fun belong together and that laughter is an important part of HR as well as the entire company. My profile:: 

  • I was born in 1983.
  • I like to bike, dive, surf, travel and ski in winter. 
  • I have been Head of Human Resources at STEINEL Solutions AG since December 2016.
  • In 2015, I completed my training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate of proficiency in HR Management NBW Zurich.

I am Claudia and I make up the Human Resources team with Melanie Niklaus. Together we master all the challenges in the HR area and always focus on our employees. As a mother of two small children, I really appreciate the exciting challenge of working part-time at STEINEL Solutions AG, where I can work flexibly and thus reconcile family and career. My profile:  

  • I was born in 1984.
  • I enjoy spending my free time in nature with my family.
  • I find a balance to my hectic everyday life in yoga and hiking.
  • In 2009 I completed my training as a personnel assistant with a certificate from the Swiss Association for Vocational and Higher Education. Trägerverein für Berufs- und höhere Fachprüfungen im Human Resources, Zurich, and have been working in HR ever since.
  • I have been working for STEINEL Solutions AG since 2021.
