Manufacturer's warranty for consumers/private customers
Important customer information on our warranty conditions.
The following warranty conditions apply exclusively, as of 01.06.2024.
These replace the warranty conditions in the operating instructions. The current warranty conditions can currently be viewed at steinel.de.
If you wish to make a claim under the guarantee, please use the guarantee form below. Complete the form in full and upload the original proof of purchase, which must include the date of purchase and the product name. We therefore recommend that you keep your proof of purchase in a safe place until the warranty period expires. After we have asked you to do so by e-mail, send the product to the address given in the e-mail.
Warranty conditions for consumers
The following warranty form is only valid for consumers and only for STEINEL products purchased and used in Germany.
If you have not purchased or used your STEINEL product in Germany, or if you are not a consumer as defined by the German Civil Code, please contact our sales partners or your contact person.
