Built in 2012, the Dalberg Höfe are a complex of buildings in Fulda, Germany, that houses retail space, offices and apartments. The various buildings are connected to each other by so-called "courtyards". Several stairwells and corridors provide easy access to the different areas. The lighting in the access and outdoor areas was to be controlled as needed. As well as being energy-efficient, the top priorities were comfort and security. Sensor-switched lights from STEINEL provide automatic, energy-efficient lighting in the access zones and outside areas of the Dalberg Höfe in Fulda. Sensor-switched L 360 plan outdoor lights from STEINEL are used throughout the Dalberg Höfe outside areas. It is designed to provide light whenever it is needed. In the stairwells and corridors, the clients opted for the RS PRO 2000, a versatile sensor-switched light from STEINEL's proven RS PRO system.

STEINEL invented the first sensor light as long ago as 1987. Since then, the development of innovative and sensor-controlled lights that meet the special requirements of the commercial sector has been continuously driven forward. The SensorLight L 360 plan outdoor light from STEINEL is used throughout the Dalberg Höfe outdoor area. It is designed to provide light when it is needed. In the stairwells and corridors, the developers decided in favour of the RS PRO 2000, a versatile sensor-switched light from STEINEL's proven RS PRO system.
The L 360 plan outdoor SensorLight combines a motion detector and light in a comprehensive lighting system. The classic design blends into any environment. The wall light is equipped with a 360-degree infrared sensor. It reacts to human movement within a radius of 8 metres and automatically switches on the light. Up to 5 lights can be connected to each other by cable.
The RS PRO 2000 perfectly meets the requirements of professional light management. The integrated HF sensor detects even the slightest movement, regardless of the ambient temperature and direction of movement. The light switches on immediately. The impact-resistant RS PRO 2000 is designed for two 26 W energy-saving lamps. Two chip-controlled electronic ballasts ensure that the luminaire reacts very quickly.
The RS PRO 2000 can be easily adapted to the specific requirements at the place of use with a variety of optional modules. The optional radio module can be used to create complex composite groups with any number of luminaires. There are also handy plug-in modules available for automatic LED orientation lighting or emergency lighting.
