Over 2,600 STEINEL IS 345 infrared corridor sensors have been installed in the various residential buildings at TEMA Park. The sensors enable demand-based lighting control in corridors and circulation areas. Thanks to their long range, they are particularly well suited to detecting movement in long corridors. The lighting is activated in response to detected movement and is automatically dimmed or switched off when there is no activity. This reduces the energy consumption of the lighting compared to leaving the lights on continuously.
