The sensors were wired in parallel with a manual 2-way switch module. Sometimes guests would not agree to the sensors turning on the lights automatically and wanted a manual interface. The 2-way switch was used to toggle between sensor operation and manual operation. The wiring was routed through an internal electrical panel in the ceiling of the guest room.
